Landlords DO NOT PAY ANY FEES to Bespoke Property Wealth. The income for Joint Venturer is created between the difference in the actual sale price and sale price agreed in the Joint Venture Agreement and similarly between rent received and rent paid to the landlord. Joint Venturer pays commission to Bespoke Property Wealth. Bespoke Property Wealth covers the cost of the draft of the Joint Venture agreement. Any rent payments are free of any charges which are paid and underwritten by Joint Venturer. Joint Venturer pays home Insurance. There is no real estate fee for the sale of the property. At the time of purchase, the landlord is expected to pay for the conveyancing process.
